DigiPen is more than just a college game design program. This school signifies just how far the still-developing game design industry has grown. With substantial support from Nintendo, DigiPen started accepting students in 1994. It exclusively specializes in preparing students to enter the industry as skilled software developers, artists, designers, and computer engineers. The school has branch campuses in Spain, Singapore, and a partnership with Keimyung University in South Korea, as well as its main campus based in Seattle, the US game design hub.

Savannah College of Art and Design (Savannah, GA)
